LINGUASERVE’S INTERSHIP PROGRAM
Linguaserve fosters its internship program with the aim of capturing and improving the development of new generations of talent, and at the same time creating a network of former interns. Our internship program is designed so that our interns are actively incorporated into the day to day work environment, can put their knowledge and aptitudes into practice and gain the specific skills for developing their professional careers in a close and collaborative environment of experienced professionals.
Both the length of the internship and the timetable will depend on the agreement with each intern’s University, as well as the availability and interests of both parties. The internships receive study grants.
What is the former intern program?
It is a network of those outstanding former Linguaserve interns who adapted to the rhythm of our organization. That is to say, those who have produced good work and obtained a good evaluation from their personal tutor throughout the internship.
What are the benefits to belonging to this program?
✓ Participation in certain Linguaserve projects as an external collaborator.
✓ Participation during peak times.
✓ Company follow-up of the former intern.
✓ Priority when it comes to job vacancies.
Evaluation and Feedback
For an intern to become a member of the Former Intern Program they must receive an outstanding evaluation form their personal tutor at the end of the internship period. During the internship the student will have the support of a personal tutor who will reinforce their strengths, correct their mistakes and enhance their areas of improvement.
