Services - International Bidding

Every day there are (fortunately) many Spanish companies who find themselves faced with the dilemma of taking part in an international bidding process.

When dealing with bids in other countries it is clearly of the utmost importance to be rigorous with regard to timescales, specifications and bid presentation. This, together with the additional complexity of presenting the bid in another language, demands a strict and secure process:

Initial analysis of bid specifications, to be absolutely certain that no important details are overlooked.

Summary of the bid in which the critical points are clearly stated.

Processing of documentation.

- sworn translation,
- technical translation and
- confidential translation.

Revision of translations.

Layout of documents to meet the specifications of the country in question.

Total quality assurance in all aspects of the process.

Review of specifications.

Stamping the documents, according to the requirements of each country.

Delivery of all material on the agreed date and within the time scale set out in the bid specifications.

We recommend the documents be prepared in both paper and electronic format. The final task is therefore to produce the required copies (printing, copying, binding, etc.), a process that should be included in the plan.

Bidding Table

The process is supported by a project manager who is in constant contact with the customer. This enables appropriate steps to be taken in the event of unexpected situations and ensures a speedy response and a successful outcome.
